Technical Design Insights
The screw head and its three small parts are precision-polished for a smooth transition with no sharp edges, preventing cracking, material accumulation, and yellowing during prolonged use — especially for PC and PMMA materials.
The apron design features a sloped contact surface (ideally 30°–45°) between the meson and screw head to avoid dead zones that cause black spots or yellowing. The left-right clearance of the apron is optimized according to raw material type to maintain smooth discharge and stable injection pressure.
Additionally, the threaded section of the screw head is treated for balanced hardness to prevent thread popping. Grooves are designed with smooth R-shaped arcs to reduce stress concentration, improving screw durability and performance.
